We cut parts daily on a 2 kW fiber laser, and quoting them was the slowest part of the job — spreadsheets on one side, bloated ERP demos on the other. So we built the tool we wanted: upload a DXF or STEP file, get geometry, nesting, machine and material rates, and a quote your customer can accept from a link, without an account.

It is used every day in this shop before it is sold to anyone else. We are shop owners who answer our own support emails.

Officers, warrants, authorizations, and awards are a real administrative load for a kingdom, and most of it used to live in spreadsheets and inboxes. KMP is the open-source platform that replaced them — and it belongs to the community, not to us.
