A custom PETG longsword grip, made around your tang measurements. Shape the taper and waist, choose an oval, clipped rectangular or octagonal profile, and place rings where your hands need them.
Pick textures for different areas and choose from 13 PETG colors. Your grip arrives as fitted sections for permanent assembly around your metal tang. Add a custom-cut leather washer pair for $5.
Have your grip length, tang widths and thickness ready. Inches, fractions and millimetres welcome. Blade, guard, pommel and wire are not included.

What should I measure?
Measure the printed grip length, the tang width where it changes, and its thickness. Leave room for your pommel attachment and, if selected, both leather washers. Use calipers where possible; enter inches, fractions or millimetres.
Will this fit my sword?
Your grip is made around your tang measurements, with 0.5 mm total clearance (0.25 mm per side) added automatically. Measure the bare tang; if you’re between marks or prefer a little more room, round up slightly. Larger measurements give a looser fit.
What sizes can I configure?
Longsword grips from 180–380 mm long, up to 50 mm wide or deep, with tang widths up to 30 mm. Common grip lengths are 10–12 inches. Need a larger grip or a different fit? Contact the workshop.
How is the grip assembled?
Your grip is printed in fitted sections that join around your continuous metal tang. Align the pieces, check the fit, then permanently assemble them using a PETG-compatible adhesive. The joint is sized automatically from your design.
How do I order?
Review your measurements, choose your color and add your grip to the cart. Your design details and a rendered image are saved with your order.
