Custom Rapier Grip – HEMA & Fencing

A custom 3D-printed rapier grip, made around your tang measurements. Shape the palm swell and taper, choose an oval or rounded octagonal profile, then pick your surface and PETG color.
Keep it smooth, add stipple, diamond or ring texture, or design spiral channels for your own wire wrap. Add an optional pair of custom-cut leather washers for $5.
Have your grip length, tang widths and thickness ready. Inches, fractions and millimetres welcome. Blade, guard, pommel and wire are not included.

What should I measure?
Measure the printed grip length, the tang width where it changes, and its thickness. Leave room for your pommel attachment and, if selected, both leather washers. Use calipers where possible; enter inches, fractions or millimetres.
Will this fit my sword?
Your grip is made around your tang measurements, with 0.5 mm of clearance per side added automatically. Measure the bare tang; if you’re between marks or prefer a little more room, round up slightly. Larger measurements give a looser fit.
What sizes can I configure?
Rapier grips from 65–150 mm long, up to 40 mm wide or deep, within our overall-size limit. Need a larger grip or a different fit? Contact the workshop.
